Towards the right, under the actions column, you will see the four buttons
Click on edit button to the regularization request
Click on the approve button option to approve the regularization request (after clicking on it make sure you add in your comments and click on confirm)
Click on More Actions button to reject the regularization request & to cancel and delete the regularization request (after clicking on it make sure you add in your comments and click on confirm)
