Log into your LSS account and go to Performance >> My Team Performance Dashboard. Select the correct performance cycle from the cycle switcher on the top right corner
Select Team Approvals and go through it.
You will get the list of reporters eligible for the performance cycle along with their performance progress status
Click on the View button under the Actions column to view the Performance Profile of any particular employee
Here you can see their Goal Plan, Assessments, Submissions made by the employee, and Final Recommendation for the employee.
