I was present at the office on a day, but my check in and check out times are not reflecting. Why?

• If using the web-time clock
  • Check in, check out was not punched in correctly

• If using a biometric machine:
  • The biometric system might not have captured you check in or check out time
  • The machine or server on which your biometric database is hosted on is not connected to the internet and will update once connectivity has been established.
