What does a leave application that is “added by the attendance process” mean?

• If an employee is absent or failed to complete minimum hours for full-day or half-day or violates the late/early mark policy, and does not apply for regularization or submit a leave request, he/she will have a leave deduction (assuming there is sufficient leave balance and the leave policy is not violated)
• This deduction is automatically processed when your Admin runs the monthly attendance process at the end of the month and syncs with the Leave Module
