How to sign your letter using employee self service portal.

  • Login to your LSS account using Laptop / Desktop browser.
  • Click on Pending approval tab on your Dashboard feed.
  • After clicking on approval tab , You will see letter which is pending for your signature.
  • Click on View and then on Action tab.
  • Read the letter carefully to understand its content.
  • Once you have reviewed the letter and ready to sign it , Click on Sign Document button and initiate the signature process.
  • Follow the instructions provide in video an complete your signature process. This may involve drawing your signature using a mouse .
  • After you have completed the signature process, The document should be consider signed and you will see ALL DONE initials on the screen.
